Authorized User Access

Dear Students,

In an effort to protect your information we are only able to discuss your Bursar Student Account with you personally.

If you are interested in giving someone access to this information, we offer the ability for you to add an Authorized User to your Bursar Student Account. 

Assign an Authorized User:     

  1. Log into goPFW
  2. Select the 'Billing & Financial Aid' tab
  3. Click on the Billing Icon dollar sign
  4. Click on Authorized User
  5. Click on Add Authorized user
  6. Provide the email address of your selected Authorized User.

This will allow the authorized user to view your bill and make payments on your account.  An authorized user DOES NOT have access to your bank account information, academic records, or other personal information.

Authorized User Login:

  1. If you are granted Authorized User Status you will receive an email notification that you have been set-up as an authorized user. The email will contain:
  2. You will need to click on the provided link in the email.
  3. You must enter your email address and the password that was provided.
  4. You will be prompted to change your password.
