Audrey Ehle-Gilbert is the director of development and events for Erin’s House for Grieving Children, a local nonprofit organization. In 2011, while still a student at IPFW, Ehle-Gilbert began as the special events intern at Erin’s House. She has since developed and transitioned into her current role, helping the organization raise over $800,000 in donations each year. In addition to managing donor relations, Ehle-Gilbert also oversees and coordinates two major fundraising events throughout the year. Collectively, these events raise nearly half of the organization’s annual budget.

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Ehle- Gilbert has a heart for helping others in our community. She volunteers at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church & School, assisting with the planning of its annual benefit auction. Ehle-Gilbert has also served on committees for Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, the Association of Fundraising Professionals

(Northeast Indiana Chapter), and the National Alliance for Grieving Children.

Ehle-Gilbert and her husband are expecting their first child in the spring.
