Online Tapestry 2020 opens weeklong event Monday

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Tapestry 2020, reimagined as a weeklong online experience, begins Monday at 9 a.m. The 19th annual fundraising event for health sciences scholarships is presented by Purdue University Fort Wayne and Parkview Health. Tapestry, which is usually a one-day, in-person event, was changed to the online format in order to protect everyone’s health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s not too late to get involved. Anyone interested will need to register at bidpal.net/tapestry2020 before they can take part in the following activities:

• Sponsor links to specials and shopping promotions
• Direct donations to support our mission of raising funds for health sciences scholarships for local students attending Purdue Fort Wayne and Indiana University Fort Wayne
• Online breakout sessions
• View links to shop the work of artisans who are typically at Tapestry
