After 11 consecutive years where the combined student-athlete grade point average (GPA) has been over 3.00, the IPFW Mastodons are off to another strong start and posted a 3.17 GPA through the fall semester, putting IPFW student-athletes well on pace for a 12th consecutive academic year above the 3.00 mark, and the fourth straight year above a 3.10.

The IPFW women’s basketball made a season-high 14 steals, but it wasn’t enough as the team dropped a tough Summit League road game at North Dakota State 81-60. The Mastodon’s record now stands at 7-11 overall on the season and 1-4 in league play.
