IPFW Celebrates 51st Commencement Ceremony

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) will hold its 51st Commencement Ceremony Wednesday, May 9, at 4:30 p.m. in the main area of the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, located at 4000 Parnell Avenue, Fort Wayne.

There will be 1,712 graduates earning 1,830 degrees. We have one Fulbright Scholarship recipient, one Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship winner, four Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) graduates, and 16 students earning their Honors Pin.

We also have 54 international students representing 17 countries earning degrees.  

Speakers at the ceremony include IPFW Chancellor Ronald Elsenbaumber, Undergraduate Class Representative Jenna Rose Raspiller, Graduate Class Representative Meghan Menchhofer, Alumni Association President Caroline Foster, and IU Executive Vice Chancellor for University Academic Affairs John Applegate.

The Commencement ceremony will be followed by a graduation celebration in the Expo Hall.
