Enhance your education with a scholarship
A wide variety of annual scholarships are available to you. A few of these are based entirely on academic achievement; however, many are based on your financial need and academic achievement. Application procedures and deadlines vary, so please contact the source of each scholarship for detailed information, including the prospective dollar amount awarded. Scholarship awards are nonnegotiable and criteria are subject to change without notice.
Purdue Fort Wayne Scholarship
Academic scholarships are awarded to incoming students who meet specific criteria. You are not required to submit a separate scholarship application—if you qualify, you will be notified by the Office of Financial Aid once you are admitted to the university.
Here are the eligibility requirements:
- Full-time student (first time or transfer)
- Minimum of 2.5 GPA
The submission of test scores (SAT and ACT) is optional, but if you choose to do so, you may qualify for additional funds.
Please note that if you’re a 21st Century Scholar or a child of a disabled veteran (CVO), your tuition is already paid for, so you won’t be eligible for the Purdue Fort Wayne Scholarship.
You can renew your Purdue Fort Wayne Scholarship annually if you
- are pursuing your first bachelor’s degree at Purdue Fort Wayne,
- have been continuously enrolled with the university,
- have completed 24 resident credit hours at Purdue Fort Wayne each academic year (earned hours), and
- are in good standing for satisfactory academic progress.
