Mental Health Awareness Week: In-person or Virtual Yoga for Relaxation

October is Mental Health Awareness Month. This week's yoga class—open to all currently enrolled students, faculty and staff—will focus on deep breathing techniques and poses to de-stress, relax, and refocus your mind.
The poses and techniques you learn in yoga class can be used as tools you can use anytime, anywhere for your mental health.
Beginners, intermediate and advanced yoga enthusiasts are welcome to attend this in-person or virtual class which is led by health coach Lindsay Bloom.
