Healthy Boiler Virtual Workshop: Seeking Self-Care


Join health coach Whitney Soto, RN, from the Purdue Center for Healthy Living, as she leads the discussion about the importance of integrating the five health and wellness pillars—behavioral health, financial wellness, physical health, social wellness, and work-life integration—into your daily routine. The workshop will also include opportunities for reflections as well as tips on stress, nutrition, and physical activity.

Why does it often seem easier to push yourself to cross off items on your to-do list than to practice self-care?  Making time to incorporate self-care into your daily life can help you recharge, relax, and feel ready to face the busyness of your life and the challenges that go along with it. The next time you make a list of what you need to do, be sure to add your favorite self-care activities to the top of the list.
