Yoga incorporates movement with deep breathing techniques to de-stress, maintain or develop good balance and flexibility for life. It can also help you refocus or relieve tense muscles. When you join the yoga class, you will be equipped to practice the poses and breathing at work or at home as part of the work-life integration pillar of wellness.
Participants work at their own level guided by health coach Lindsay Bloom. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend.
