Be good to your heart—celebrate American Heart Month in February by joining the employee yoga class.
A consistent yoga practice contributes to a healthier heart and mind because it uses movement with deep breathing techniques to help lower your blood pressure, body-wide inflammation, and stress. It also helps maintain or develop good balance and flexibility for life.
Participants are guided by health coach and fitness instructor Lindsay Bloom. All levels of fitness are welcome.
