Yoga incorporates movement with deep breathing techniques to de-stress, maintain or develop good balance and flexibility for life.
One of the benefits of yoga is that you can practice the poses and techniques any time or any where. It is not dependent upon the weather and you don't need a lot of equipment. Whenever you need to refocus or relieve tense muscles, you can start the deep breathing techniques and practice a few poses.
Participants work at their own level guided by health coach Lindsay Bloom. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend.
