The M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Purdue Fort Wayne offers you a foundation in the key principles of organizational leadership through core courses and the opportunity to specialize in either leadership or human resource management. As a graduate, you'll be prepared for leadership and human resources roles in a wide variety of organizations including industrial, medical, service and other profit and nonprofit organizations.
