Freshman Engineering Program

The Freshman Engineering Program is the entry point for all beginning engineering students. All engineering students at IPFW must complete the first-year engineering requirements before entering the engineering program of their choice. This core curriculum includes courses in math, chemistry, physics, computer programming and communication skills, as well as an introductory to engineering design course. The freshman program coordinator and engineering faculty are dedicated to assisting engineering students with their first-year experience.
