Jeanne Pendleton is a 2002 Theatre Arts emphasis in Costume Design M.F.A. graduate with distinction of Humboldt State University, Arcata, California. Also in 2002, Ms. Pendleton moved to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, to costume shows and festival openings for Dollywood. There she created over 30 garments for the namesake of the park, Dolly Parton. In 2006 she began work at the LORT D Clarence Brown Theatre in residence at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, first as a stitcher, later as an interim Costume Shop Supervisor. While there, she constructed costumes for many professional and regionally known designers. Ms. Pendleton joined the staff of the IPFW Department of Theatre in 2008. In the summer of 2011, Ms. Pendleton was the First Hand for the world premiere of Great Expectations, the musical at the Utah Shakespearean Festival. Ms. Pendleton's specialties include pattern making, corsetry and dyeing.
