The Department of English and Linguistics provides a full range of undergraduate and graduate level composition, folklore, creative writing, linguistic theory, and literature courses. Most 100 and 200 level courses are offered every semester, with many also offered in the summer. Upper level courses are offered on a rotating schedule.
