Tuition & Fees for Year 2019-2020

Undergraduate Resident:
Credits 1-11 = $286.30 per credit hour
Credits 12-18 = $4,294.50 banded tuition rate
Credits 19-21 = $4,294.50 plus per credit hour rate
Undergraduate Nonresident:
Credits 1-11 = $687.40 per credit hour
Credits 12-18 = $10,311.00 banded tuition rate
Credits 19-21 = $10,311.00 plus per credit hour rate

Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training

  • Professional Rescuer or Healthcare Provider Certification
  • Cost approximately $40-$50

Physical Examination and Immunizations

  • Exams can be done by various healthcare providers
  • Campus Center for Healthy Living: Campus Clinic and Wellness Programs (Prices subject to change)
    • Physical Examination:  $35-$50 (price for non-insured, self pay
    • Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test: one step $13, two step $21
    • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine: $43
    • Hepatitis B (HepB): $88.91 each (series of three required)
    • Hepatitis B Titer: $37.91
    • Flu Shot: $32 (required)
    • Drug Screens: $27-$38
    • Varicella vaccine: $114

Background Check

  • Student Check done upon entry and within 30 days of beginning of senior year: $55 

Professional Liability Insurance

  • PFW Bursar's office: $13

Books & Handheld Digital Device

  • Books: Check with Follett's Bookstore 260-483-6100 or vendor of choice
  • A handheld digital device is required for the nursing program. 
  • The handheld digital device can be an Ipad, Ipod, smart phone, or tablet.

Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) Testing Fees*

Course fees include ATI Dosage Calculation and Pharmacology Made Easy modules.

ATI Fees are not refundable after the 1st week of classes (full refund period).
