News and Notes

It is imperative that ALL current nursing students and those pre-nursing who plan to be admitted to IPFW’s Purdue Department of Nursing by Spring 2018 meet with their advisors to plan their coursework so that they will graduate by May, 2021.
The need to meet this graduation date is based on the expected transition to Indiana University School of Nursing and the memorandum of agreement signed by the Board of Trustees from Indiana University and Purdue University.
Based on the agreement, incoming nursing students will be admitted to IU School of Nursing beginning July, 2018.
Pre-nursing students will be admitted to IU following the last Purdue Fort Wayne nursing admission scheduled for Spring 2018.
Please keep in touch with your nursing advisors for information that will be shared as it becomes available.
