Justin Brugger

Mr. Justin M. Brugger graduated with a master's degree from the Department of Public Policy and is now the CFO of Fort Wayne City Utilities.  Mr. Brugger was selected for the "40 Under 40" by the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly.  Mr. Brugger chairs the department advisory board which boasts accomplished professionals across the sectors. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the Department of Public Policy.
