Dr. Bullion received his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University in 1970.

Teaching Interests

Dr. Bullion's teaching interests included introductory microeconomics and macroeconomics, and economic education.

Highlights of Community Service

Dr. Bullion joined the Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne faculty in 1971 after serving one year at Tennessee Technological University in 1965 to 1966, and one year at George Washington University in 1971.

Dr. Bullion was the faculty adviser to IPFW’s Beta Gamma Sigma chapter, the national honorary society for students enrolled in AACSB accredited schools of business.   He was active in campus governance serving as speaker of the IPFW University Senate from 2004-2006.   He regularly provides expert commentary on contemporary economic issues to print, radio, and television media at the region, state, and national levels.

Dr. Bullion received the first ever IPFW Division of Continuing Studies Faculty Star Award, November 2004.   He received the Indiana Council for Continuing Education, Faculty Member of the Year Award, March 2005.

Dr. Bullion retired in July 2006, after 35 years of service to Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
