We Are Ready
After more than a year of adjusting to the challenges that COVID-19 presented, Purdue Fort Wayne is now ready. Ready to welcome students, faculty, staff, and visitors to campus. Ready to tackle the new academic year. Ready to live the Mastodon life. But we are still vigilant, monitoring the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation, and, as always, continuing to be guided by local, state, and federal agencies, including the CDC’s health and safety guidelines, to help protect our campus.
Mask Protocol Updated
Based on the COVID-19 data across Indiana and other factors, the university has decided to extend the temporary requirement for all students, staff, faculty, and visitors—regardless of vaccination status—to wear face masks indoors while on campus through the Thanksgiving break, which ends at midnight on Sunday, November 28. We appreciate your willingness and flexibility to adapt quickly to these challenging circumstances.
