In response to the protests that are going on in our country, including Fort Wayne, Chancellor Ron Elsenbaumer released a statement yesterday. His message reaffirms Purdue Fort Wayne’s unwavering support for those in our community who are hurting and who are expressing their anger and frustration through peaceful demonstrations, thoughtful dialogue, and meaningful solutions.
New Password Self-Service Recovery Tool
Information Technology Services has released a new password recovery tool that will send password expiration notices seven days, three days, and one day before your password is due to expire. In addition to using new and improved security questions for password recovery, this new tool will also allow you to set up a mobile app and/or use a personal email to recover your password or unlock your network account.

Proclaim Your Mastodon Pride with a Yard Sign
Faculty and staff are invited to show their Mastodon Pride by displaying a yard sign congratulating our latest graduates. Purdue University Fort Wayne and Indiana University Fort Wayne signs will be available at the following locations through Thursday or until supplies run out:
- Kettler south lawn (between Kettler Hall and Campus Drive)
- Crescent Avenue entrance traffic circle
- South of Parking Garage 3

Emergency Relief Funds for Students
A relief fund has been established to help students cover unforeseen living expenses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students in need are encouraged to initiate an eligibility review process by sending an email to the vice chancellor of student affairs at email@example.com.
