Stephanie A. Van Dellen, PhD educates the next generation of business leaders as an Assistant Professor at Purdue University Fort Wayne. She teaches undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, staffing, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, she teaches graduate courses in organizational behavior and leadership theory. Her research interests include generational stereotypes in the workplace, effective online teaching, and leadership in the gig economy. Dr. Van Dellen holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from University of San Diego, a MS in Organizational Change and Development from University of Manchester, and BS in Business Administration from University of Oregon.
As a former Brownie and Girl Scout, Dr. Van Dellen is proud to serve on the board of directors for the Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana. Dr. Van Dellen is originally from southern California, and has lived in two other countries (Denmark and England) besides the United States. She's an avid photographer, enjoys traveling, and renovating her house.
