My career, up until joining (I)PFW in 2013, was spent in the business environment with all of those thirty years being in a leadership position. Additionally, I was either the human resources manager, or that position reported to me throughout most of that timeframe. My employment was spent in a multitude of settings including the service industry, a non-profit, and corporate organizations. I have a firm and focused commitment on operating with integrity, always with an eye toward treating employees as a company's greatest asset.
